FAQ
If your question isn’t listed here, please feel free to contact the practice.
Absolutely. Your first point of contact is always your family doctor. He or she will then work with you to determine the appropriate next step.
Check the "My Personal Information" section in your portal. If you switch pharmacies, you must notify us yourself; the pharmacy will not do this for you.

No, given the growing list of responsibilities we face as general practitioners, we have decided not to take on this service. We refer you to the GGD or https://prepnu.nl/artsen/ for this matter.
Use a special tick remover or pointed tweezers and pull the tick out as close to the skin as possible. Seek medical help if the tick has been attached for more than 24 hours or if you notice a red ring forming around the bite site. See also thuisarts.nl/ik-heb-teek.
For patients who require regular checkups, we have partnered with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is well prepared. They will send you emails on behalf of our practice. Such a message might, for example, be an invitation to fill out a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. We would really appreciate it if you could respond to such a request.
